Exbio實(shí)驗(yàn)方法1：1．1 藥敏片的制備：一般情況下，可以從廠家獲取。如無法獲取，可以自行制備。首先，新華號定性濾紙，用內(nèi)徑為6mm的打孔器制備好紙片，按每包100片包裝好，高壓**，烘干備用。然后，將待檢**用蒸餾水按實(shí)際用量的10倍稀釋，充分溶解后，取1mL加到100片**好的紙片上，放入4℃冰箱，待其充分吸收后（一般要4－8小時(shí)），平鋪于平皿上，在37℃溫箱中充分烘干（2－322小時(shí)），干燥后立即封裝于**的小瓶內(nèi)，密閉保存。

Exbio使用方法2：1．2 培養(yǎng)基的制備：用托盤天平稱取營養(yǎng)瓊脂4克，加入潔凈的容器內(nèi)，再用量筒加入200mL蒸餾水，121℃，**20分鐘。**后，冷卻至50－60℃，在超凈臺內(nèi)，迅速將培養(yǎng)基倒入**的培養(yǎng)皿內(nèi)，每個(gè)平皿15mL左右，輕搖平皿，使培養(yǎng)基分布均勻。待其冷卻凝固后，即可使用，或放入322℃冰箱備用。
